Every Thom Browne frame is handcrafted in Japan by master artisans in Fukui, the global benchmark for precision titanium engineering. A single frame requires hundreds of manufacturing steps and months of production—uniting aerospace-grade Japanese titanium with hand-polished Japanese and Italian zyl acetates.
The designs are defined by Browne’s quiet, unmistakable signatures: custom red, white, and navy tricolour enamel temple tips, four-bar accents subtly engraved into the hardware, and bespoke architectural hinges. There are no loud logos; the identity is built directly into the construction, from custom hex-screw pivots to sculpted multi-piece brow bars.
